5 Minute Morning Workout to Boost Metabolism
Repeat this cycle 2x right when you wake up in the morning :)
- 50 jumping jacks
- 5 pushups
- 20 sit ups
- 20 mountain climbers
- 30 second plank
- 7 burpee
Evening workout + today’s intake
After a little break I’ve started working out actively again! Lately I’ve been really tired, so I’ve resorted to just doing like 50 squats and 40 crunches every night… But today I did 160 jumping jacks, 120 crunches, 60 squats and 70 leg lifts! I feel really good, now I don’t have to feel bad about the stuff I’ve eaten like I usually do…
Intake:
Breakfast: two pieces of crisp bread (rye) with mackerel in tomato sauce (I just love it)
Lunch: A small plate of haddock with potatoes, carrots and swede (the root, not the people) with a piece of bread
I’m off to take a shower and make dinner now, I’m gonna eat the leftover tomato soup from yesterday :)
